  • About Eileen Winfrey

    Eileen is a highly skilled Real Estate Sales and Marketing professional with exceptional experience and 25 years of working with happy Buyers and Sellers. Her ability to manage projects and employees, using sound judgment, discretion, and strong leadership skills is well proven. Eileen is polished and effective in sales negotiation skills, written and verbal communication, interpersonal, collaborative, consultative, and organizational skills. Eileen has the drive and commitment to exceed goals and to deliver a world class product.


    Eileen's reputation as a skillful negotiator precedes her, she is known as a pit bull with a smile for her clientele and this is the primary reason Eileen's business is comprised of 90% referrals as her customers continue to work with as well as refer their friends and family to Eileen.

    Eileen lists and sells property as well as mentors, coaches and trains agents. She began her career in Real Estate in 1996 in Atlanta, GA and, after several years in Property Management, she went to work for Coldwell Banker and later Keller Williams. Eileen has been trained on the Corporate level in management to run Brokerages, Train Agents, Market New Home Communities, recruit agents as well as market and sell a wide range of properties, including single family homes, short sales, REOs and investment properties.


    Eileen also enjoys being a community volunteer and leader. Her involvement and fund raising for organizations such as Harbor House, Base Camp and Blessings in a Backpack brings almost as much joy to her life as her precious family. In her free time, she enjoys riding her Harley with her husband, Mark and spending quality time with her 2 daughters, Alexa and Haylee, and their 4 mini-dachshunds.
